Clementine Mandarins

The queen. They are intense orange in colour, flattened spherical in shape and are usually seedless.

It is considered a cross between a mandarin and a wild orange from Algeria. Its name is owed to the priest Pierre Clément, owner of a hospital in Algeria, in whose garden this fruit was discovered.

The Clementine peels easily and has a very good flavour. Varieties such as the Clementine Fina stand out, a fruit of extraordinary quality, small or medium in size, weighing between 50 and 70 grams.

Its harvest takes place between November and January. Its flesh is juicy, easy to peel and practically seedless.
