This document establishes the general terms and conditions of use of the Hort Alba Garcés website (hereinafter, "the Site") and the purchase conditions for products offered through it.

By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or make purchases.

3. Products and Prices

The products offered on our website are fresh fruits, mainly citrus fruits (oranges, mandarins, lemons, grapefruits) and other related products (honey, jams, rice, etc.).

All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Prices may vary according to season and product availability.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, although already confirmed orders will maintain the agreed price at the time of purchase.

4. Purchase Process

To make a purchase on our website, the user must:

Select the desired products and add them to the shopping cart
Review the cart contents and proceed to checkout
Provide shipping and billing information
Select the payment method
Confirm the order

Once the order is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of their purchase.

Cash on delivery (subject to availability)

Payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation, except in the case of bank transfer, where the order will be processed once payment is received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all of Spain and European Union countries. Shipping costs will be calculated according to destination and order weight.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over 25€ within peninsular Spain.

Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 24-48 hours from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for peninsular Spain and may vary for other areas.

Fruit is shipped in boxes specially designed to maintain freshness during transport. We strive to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition.

7. Quality and Product Guarantee

All our products are 100% natural, grown with traditional methods and without post-harvest treatments. Fruit is picked directly from the tree and shipped in the best possible conditions.

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive any product in poor condition or that does not meet quality expectations, contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.

8. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

Defective or damaged products upon receipt
Errors in the order on our part
Products that do not correspond to what was requested

To request a return, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order, providing photographs of the defective product if necessary.

If the return is accepted, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount or send replacement products, as the customer prefers.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, without needing to indicate the reason.

However, this right of withdrawal will not apply to perishable products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as fresh fruit, unless the products received are in poor condition or do not correspond to the order.

10. Product Availability

The availability of our products is subject to season and weather conditions. Some products may not be available during certain periods of the year.

If a requested product is not available, we will contact the customer to offer alternatives or proceed with a refund of the corresponding amount.

11. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current data protection regulations. For more information, see our Legal Notice.

The data provided by the customer will be used exclusively for order management, product shipping and communication related to the purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of Hort Alba Garcés and is protected by intellectual property laws.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile or those of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
