What happens if my order does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived by 7:00 p.m. on the delivery day, contact us, where we will assist you. If we don't answer the phone, leave us a message and we will take care of everything.
What happens if my order does not arrive in good condition?
Before signing the delivery note, check the merchandise, if you detect any problem, let the delivery person know. The order will enter a delivered state but not in optimal transport conditions, this means that you can keep that order, and we will send you another one in good condition and at no cost to you.
What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you are not at your home when the transport arrives, they will leave you a note. If you wish, you can call them and tell them the specific time you want them to come the same or next day to make the delivery, or you can go to the branch where your order is.
Can I give another address, which is not personal, to receive my order?
If you are not going to be at home on the delivery day, when placing the order you can specify another address (work, family, trusted person), without any problem on our part.
