Bomba rice variety grown in Albufera of Valencia in the traditional way, bare in mill and ready to cook.
For their flavor absorption properties and resistance to overcooking is perfect for use in mellow or soupy rice, however it is also good for dry rice.
Once cooked it is very loose and with firm texture. Is recommended maximum 20 minutes for cooking this variety of rice.
