Toasted style beer, obtained by combining malts. Low fermentation, coppery color and crystalline aspect. The presence of sludge is due to the natural sedimentation of the contained yeasts. It is, therefore, a beer not filtered and without preservatives.

A characteristic of this beer is its white and dense foam, which is maintained over time. Predominate citrus flavors and floral aromas. The alcohol content is balanced with bitterness and toasted flavors.

Maltas : Malta Pale, Malta Munich, Malta Arome and Malta Melanoide.

Hops : First Golding Hops, Centennial American Hops and Saaz Hops.

Graduation: 5%
